Below are the terms and conditions that are accepted when placing an order with Fairly Fairy Cakes.
Please ensure that there is someone to accept delivery during working hours, as all orders require a signature. Maybe consider arranging delivery to a work address.Please note that orders being sent to business addresses will be delivered to the business premises only.
In the event that our courier is unable to find anybody in at the address specified, they may attempt to leave the order with a neighbour.
If you do not give us the correct delivery information, we will not be able to deliver. No refunds will be available under these circumstances.
If we are unable to exactly fulfil your order we will attempt to contact you and arrange an alternative.
We reserve the right to reject any message that we consider might offend the recipient for defamatory, racist, offensive, abusive, indecent, obscene, menacing or in breach of confidence, copyright or any other legal rights.
We hope that you are happy with your gift. If any reason, you are not satisfied, please contact us, as soon as possible, on 020 3084 4145 or email us at customerservices@fairlyfairycakes.co.uk. Please consider that we can only contact our courier during their working hours (Monday – Friday 9a.m. until 6 p.m. excluding Bank Holidays).
Please remember that all our cakes are hand-made. Therefore vary in shape and size.
Under no circumstances will Fairly Fairy Cakes be liable to compensate you for more than the price of the goods ordered.
Cancellation
Our cakes are made to order, probably on the day before they are dispatched. You can cancel your order any time up until we have started to bake it. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
